Magistra
The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Vintage 2018 MAGISTRA is a selection of grapes that come from our vineyard, called Magistra, which we present for the first time on the market, with a production of N ° 1000 bottles. These are grapes from a vineyard planted 30 years ago with clones of Sangiovese Grosso BBS eleven, better known as Brunello. The harvest took place at the end of September with aging for 3 years in 10 hectoliters Slavonia oak large barrels, with a long "batonage" and further refinement in the bottle for a year. The bouquet is intense with the known characteristics of Sangiovese.
