Produced from grapes grown in the Magistra vineyard, the estate’s oldest vineyard, planted around 42 years ago with Sangiovese Grosso BBS 11 clones. The wine ages for three years in 10-hectolitre Slavonian oak casks, with extended bâtonnage, followed by a further year of bottle ageing. Its intense bouquet is a distinctive and authentic expression of the character of Sangiovese.
