Produced from the estate’s 15-year-old vineyards, planted on medium-textured calcareous soils. The winemaking combines traditional techniques with modern technology, followed by 10–12 months of ageing in French oak barriques and a further 6 months of bottle ageing. Deep ruby red in colour, with aromas of fresh fruit alongside delicate vanilla and toasted notes; elegant, fresh and rounded.
